Lead Barista
Uphold Teleo’s coffee standards by training staff, correcting inconsistencies, and overseeing espresso, milk, and brewing quality.
Serve as the main liaison with the roastery, managing weekly coffee orders, quality control, cuppings, and monthly TDS checks.
Lead ongoing education for new and current team members, maintain updated training resources, and implement new coffee procedures or SOPs.
Ensure excellent customer service, consistency, and team performance by modeling Teleo’s core values and managing quality on the bar.
Oversee retail coffee presentation and sales, including stocking shelves, rotating products, and educating staff on product knowledge.
Balance bar shifts with administrative responsibilities, communicating needs to management and fulfilling leadership tasks with ownership and integrity.
