2+ years of experience in management, hospitality, or coffee shop leadership.
Must have some coffee shop experience
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
Willingness to work 40 flexible hours per week, including weekends.
